Suggested use
Take 1 tablet per day with food. Do not take on an empty stomach if products containing B vitamins make you feel nauseous.

The same products sent to me after returning!!
I am unhappy after i received my multivitamin without the ginseng plus . I decided to return . I asked for my money back I was told sorry we have sent you a replacement instead. The replacement was exact items without the ginseng!! I am going to return again just to get my money back. Afterall I never placed an order.
