Healf was created by two brothers with one vision: to be well.
Like many, Max and Lestat experienced health challenges that presented an important decision: do nothing or question everything. Embracing the opportunity, their pursuit of wellbeing uncovered the potential of holistic balance: eating clean, moving intentionally, being mindful, and sleeping deep. Today, Healf is shaped by a team determined to be the voice of wellbeing for the world, using these rituals and the discoveries made along our own journeys to help others shape theirs. We know firsthand that wellbeing transforms lives—literally. With each step forward, we invite others to experience this transformation themselves.
