This product needs to be used over a 3-4 month period in order to see benefits/results. Let's be realistic hair does not grow overnight. It's a good way to improve hair health after an illness or episodes of hair loss. The LED Hat is extremely easy to use and just 10 mins daily is recommended in order to see benefits. In 4 months time I will be in a better position to assess whether this product has actually improved my hair health.

okay i bought this on a whim after seeing someone talk about red light therapy online. I have two young kids and work from home so my energy levels are usually on the floor by midday. I've been using this hat for about a month now, usually for about 10 minutes in that post-lunch slump and I'm honestly buzzing. I feel so much clearer and actually able to focus on my work rather then daydreaming about a nap. My husband thought I was mad but even he's been sneaking a go. Its also surprisingly comfy. a seperate small pouch to keep it in would have been nice but thats a minor thing. proper happy with it.
