I invested in this (due
I invested in this (due to damaged dentine and sensitivity on some teeth with receding gums) and it's helped lots. . I leave on overnight and alternative with toothpaste with non nano in the daytime. It's helped hugely with sensitivity and i'm hoping alongside using xylitol, red light toothbrush, & having longer breaks between eating and drinking . . my teeth will have a chance to remineralise as much as possible between dentist visits.

I was relying on the cheaper fygg toothpaste while good for everyday use isn’t helping my painful teeth enough as I have pulp and dentin covering the entire side of my back tooth and pulp on my front teeth exposed so will change my mind and switch back to the varnish version
